It is important to make efficient and effective use of tax payers dollars in responding to citizen priorities and improving the quality of life of the citizens you serve. If there is an opportunity to solve a problem, I put strategies in place to make progress towards that solution including meeting with stakeholders and involved parties, creating an action plan and not letting road blocks be excuses to slow momentum toward getting the problem solved.
showcase paris programmation WHAT FUELS YOU TO TAKE ACTION?:Unfortunately, I think that government and public services are sometimes seen as wasteful and too process driven. I strive to showcase the successes of public services and the benefits by utilizing measurable metrics. It is amazing to work with a community to make change and differences and see the sense of civic pride that develops in the process.
brief examples of friction WHAT IS A RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENT YOU ARE PROUD OF?: Last winter I put on a conference about a subject matter I was not familiar with in the least. I had to work with a steering committee many levels above me to determine direction (lots of ideas, not much consensus) and then invite leaders in the industry to come to present free of charge. Because I was under a tight deadline it forced me to become knowledgeable on the subject and have confidence to make suggestions and lead the steering committee to a common direction. It was a successful conference but the biggest success was the confidence I gained in trusting my own intuition and leadership.
china iphone 8 clon see WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR FREE TIME? ASSUMING YOU HAVE FREE TIME!: In the free time I do have I try to learn and gain further perspective by reading and traveling. I think in today’s world it is really important to be able to see situations through different lenses and perspectives in order to relate and create effective solutions. I also, love to spend time with my dog and play outside in the sunshine!
