For those of you who have are active members in this organization, you’ve lived the benefits through our networking events, workshops, or blog posts. You may have met someone at a networking event who introduced you to an invaluable professional connection. Perhaps one of our blogs shifted the way you look at the world. Maybe one of our workshops helped you feel more empowered in your own workplace.

la remise restaurant go One of the most noticeable things we do with funds you help raise is give that money back through AinA networking events. In the past year, we have hosted seven of these events in Orange County and the Bay Area. More than 100 women have attended, meaning we’ve impacted 100 lives.
delphin be grand resort hotel We host professional development workshops to continue to combat the statistics mentioned previously. As a member of AinA, you are able to attend these workshops – you can even help plan one, if you’d like! Topics include:
- How to empower women in the workplace
- How to create a culture of accountability
- How to develop mentors, sponsors, and peer accountability.
tabi gilbert nicodème Getting our name out there costs money as well. Our funds go toward our public relations efforts and our outreach to build emerging leaders through other non-profits. It goes without saying that we have operational fees for being a non-profit as well.
