Sarah Barton | AinA Founder and CEOSarah Barton: Founder and CEO
sarahbarton@accountableinaction.org
@SarahEBarton

Sarah has dedicated her life to helping others pursue their passions through development and conviction. She has put her master’s degree in Leadership Development to use in founding Accountable in Action. It is the culmination of her experiences as a leader working with women in higher education that have made her who she is today. In her roles as a women’s soccer coach at her alma mater, Chapman University, and as a teacher in the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District, she constantly reminds others that there is no greater vehicle than optimism. This, and her belief that there is no substitute for hard work and enthusiasm, is what makes her the driving force behind Accountable in Action.
