I was browsing through my blog feed the other day when a title caught me eye – “How Often Do You Feel The P.O.P.?” I was immediately curious. What’s the P.O.P? What does that stand for? Upon reading more about it, I knew this idea was worth sharing with the AinA community.

The Power of Positivity. How often do you feel it? How often do you help others feel it? In a time where social connectivity is more important than ever, be it for personal or career growth, cultivating the P.O.P. is a valuable tool.

I’ve always been a big believer in spreading positivity and bringing that kind of feel good energy to any situation I find myself in. I think it’s contagious in the best way and I’ve been fortunate enough to see its effects in my life including being offered job opportunities and making new friends after a big move. Still, it’s not always easy to be that beacon of positivity…sometimes it’s downright exhausting. So, I surround myself with as many positive people as I can and in turn try to reciprocate as often as possible.

We are trying to cultivate the P.O.P. in our AinA community. We want our members to feel understood, supported and inspired to go after their goals. We want you to feel the P.O.P every time you chat with your Accountability Ally, meet up with us at one of our mixers, or see one of our posts in your newsfeed.

So, the next time you’re considering trying to conquer something on your own or you find yourself in a negative mind-set (we all have those moments), come back to this community and be refueled by the P.O.P. We have a network of amazing people ready to support you.

Not sure what our Ally program is all about? Find out more here.

Let’s create the P.O.P. for one another.
